2A: This speaker is USB only. There's no audio input. Not likely to be compatible with a small TV which typically has no USB connectivity. And 8W output maybe too quiet because usually you stay away from your TV.

3Q: Can you control the volume?

3A: Yes there are volume control buttons which you can use to change the volume and you can also change the volume in your computer.

4Q: Is there a headphone jack on this?

4A: Sorry. Our usb speaker don’t have headphone jack for output because of the single-USB design.
