A double sided mattress may last longer and extend the life of the mattress as long as it is flipped and rotated on a routine basis, i.e. once/13 months. The Double Sided Ortho Ultra Firm Mattress has a 6", 560 wrapped coil unit as its core. It contains internally made Wolf bonded posture pad for extra support/firmness. Contains layers of CertiPUR foam for comfort. Contains pressure relieving CertiPUR convoluted foam in the quilt for extra comfort. It provides firm support and is 10" high +/ .75". Made in the USA!
