How to install and connect with phone and security camera
IMPORTANT STEPS FOR SECURITY CAMERA 2.4G WI-FI CONNECTION MODE
- 1.Download and install the App,please scan the QR code,install the app, and complete the user registration.
- 2.Add the device,click the "Add Camera Now" in the App and enter the Wi-Fi network name and password(2.4G Wi-Fi Only).
- 3.Pressing the camera switch for 3 seconds, the camera will turn on. The camera will emit the scanning sound "Ding Dong Ding Dong".
- 4.Take the lens of the camera facing the QR code generated on phone about 20 cm (7 inches) until you hear a "Ding" sound.
- 5.Camera will give out a prompt sound of a successful connection,set the name for the device on the App, click "Continue" to complete the pairing.
Warm Tips:
- Please charge with USB before using security camera for the first time.
- When connecting for the first time, the phone and security camera should be connected to the same WiFi, and then proceed to the next operation.
- Only support 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi,before connecting to the network, please check the network must be 2.4G and make sure the security camera has power when first connected.
- The name of your Wi-Fi cannot contain Chinese, and the password cannot contain special characters such as "!", "@", "*", "^", "&", "%" .
- Sincerely suggest you to read the user manual carefully to avoid mistake before install the wireless security camera.
- When you go out and use your mobile phone 4g or 5g network to connect the camera, the connection response time needs to wait 10-30s.
