This is a smoky and intense French roast with a wonderfully smooth side. Best enjoyed by pausing for a moment to allow the aromas to stir your senses before taking the first sip.
Here’s how we make our uniquely smooth blends: we start with better beans. Our beans are 100% Arabica and sourced exclusively from Latin America. Once we’ve sourced the beans, our master blenders create better blends for an easy, approachable taste. We ensure total consistency by insisting on rigorous quality checks throughout the process. We don’t just taste the stuff once or even twice. We stop and sample the beans at three crucial steps. From there, we use our special roasting expertise to create a surprisingly smooth taste. All that passion and hard work create an exceptionally smooth cup of coffee that’s flavorful and approachable.
This blend of Latin American beans is complex and robust in flavor with a well-rounded finish. A strong, perk-you-up cup of coffee that, ironically, is named after a sleepy cat that used to curl up next to our roaster, soaking up the warmth and aromas.
From the first sip, you know this one is special. A bold and roasty blend of premium beans that brews a perfectly balanced cup of coffee. Made especially for people who appreciate something that’s smooth, strong, and a great start to their day.

How do I store ground coffee?
An opened bag of coffee is highly perishable, just like fresh produce. Store your ground coffee in an airtight container at room temperature for no longer than a week. The trick is to keep it away from oxygen, light, heat, and moisture as much as possible.
How much ground coffee should I use per cup?
The recipe for great coffee is 1 tbsp (5 g) of ground coffee for every 6 fl. oz. (180 mL) of water.
