The battery life of Reolink Go may vary based on different mobile network service providers, signal strength, and other factors. It’s recommended to go for AT&T in the US, and T-Mobile/Vodafone/O2/EE in the EU, to have optimal battery life. If you use SIM cards from other mobile network service providers, it’s strongly advised to add the Reolink Solar Panel.

No access to the camera via Reolink App

Q: Can I Charge the Battery of Reolink Go Separately?

A: Reolink Go comes with rechargeable battery which can be removed from the camera. So you can charge the battery separately.

The charger of the camera is a USB adapter (DC 9/5Volts) which is commonly used for smartphones (not included in the box). A micro-USB cable is included in the box. And you can follow the tips to charge the battery separately:

Open the back cover by twisting it a little, then pull out the battery.

Connect the battery with the USB adapter via a USB cable and plug it into the electrical outlet.

Q: Can I Replace the Battery for my Reolink Go?

A: Reolink Go comes with rechargeable batteries. The back cover with the batteries inside for Reolink Go can be removed from the camera body, so the battery/back cover of Reolink Go is replaceable.
