After drink will have some taste we call 'GuanYin Yun' in your mouth, it's a little fresh sour feeling and floral aroma, sometimes someone may have some cream feeling. Brewing Tips: Chinese Gongfu Method: Gaiwan 150-200ml 5g tea Water temperature: 185℉ / 85℃ 5 steeps: rinse, 30s, 50s, 60s, 80s, 120s. Cup Method: Teacup: 12oz / 355ml Water temperature: 185℉ / 85℃ 3g tea Brewing time: 2-4 minutes.
