Dancing Leaves Flowering Tea Gift Set
This stunning beverage is an art form in loose leaf tea. Organic tea leaves are hand sewn around flowers, creating Leaves of Art that slowly blossom into a bouquet of breathtaking shapes and exquisite flavors when steeped.
This all-in-one set includes the finest 5 Flowering Teas and a glass teapot for a unique and thoughtful gift. Steeps 15 pots.
- Ingredients: Organic tea (white, oolong & black), flowers (lily, hibiscus, jasmine, lavender, amaranth, osmanthus, rose)
- Tea Pot: Made of heat-resistant, dishwasher safe, crystal-clear borosilicate glass
- Steeping Instructions: Put one Flowering Tea blossom in glass teapot. Pour boiling water over tea and steep until leaves have fully opened (3-4 min). Swirl tea to even flavor before serving. Each Flowering Tea can be re-steeped 2-3 times, just refrigerate if saving.

Leaves of ArtSince introducing our Flowering Tea line in 2005 it’s been a favorite gift set among tea lovers who appreciate what unfurls as Leaves of Art open up during the steeping process. After tea leaves are picked and still moist, cotton thread is used to sew them together with flowers. For a more floral flavor, tea leaves may also be scented with jasmine blossoms before sewing. Some shapes take a minute to sew while more elaborate designs containing lilies, chrysanthemum, or osmanthus flowers may take up to twelve minutes. The sewn leaves and flowers are shaped into bundles or rosettes before undergoing the usual drying and firing process. Flower tea requires boiling water for the leaves to expand into exotic shapes and exquisite flavors. |
