What comes in the kit: 5 lbs. cracked corn, 1 lbs. malted barley, 1 lbs. malted rye, 1 lbs. malted wheat, 5 lbs. dextrose corn sugar, Red Star DADY Yeast, FERMAX Yeast Nutrient, BSG Amylase. We've included a packet of One Step sanitizing powder to clean and sterilize all your mashing equipment to insure your mash doesn't become contaminated during the mashing process.
