This mini Masquerade Palette from Juvia's place was inspired by African festivities. You can see it in the bold colors representing their wonderful costumes while the nude and browns are for the African soil and environments. To bring out your eyes, prime your eyes with a white or nude base. Use a wet flat synthetic brush or your fingers for shimmery colors. (shimmery colors can be used wet or dry). You can use any makeup setting spray on the brush if you prefer to use that. Use a blending brush for matte colors.
