Sweet & Tangy Avocado Bites
Arrange Ka-me Cheese Rice Crackers on a serving plate.In a medium bowl, mix avocado, ½ cup Ka-me Sweet Chili Sauce, Ka-me Seasoned Rice Vinegarand salt until blended.Place dollop of mixture onto Rice Crackers. Drizzle each with remaining Sweet Chili Sauce, top with tomato.Serve and enjoy.
Vietnamese Chicken Sliders
Preheat the oven to 400°.Transfer chicken to a bowl. Add the fish sauce, shallots, garlic, Ka-me Stir-Fry Sauce, chopped cilantro and mint, cornstarch, salt; pepper and mix well.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the chicken mixture into 1 or 1.5-inch balls, and flatten with palm of hand. Transfer to baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes - until they are lightly browned.While baking, arrange Ka-me Rice Crackers on a platter. Once cooked, transfer flattened meatball to rice cracker, garnish with radish and green onion and serve with Ka-me Sweet Chili Sauce.
Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna and Hot Mustard
Arrange Ka-me Seaweed Rice Crackers on a serving plate.Cut tuna into four lengthwise pieces. Pour Ka-me 100% Pure Sesame Oil over tuna,turn to coat evenly. Mix black and white sesame seeds, pepper and salt on large plate. Coat tuna with sesame seed mixture, pressing firmly so mixture adheres to the tuna.Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet on high heat. Add tuna; sear 2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet; set aside to cool. Mix KAME Hot Mustard and Ka-me Tamari in small bowl until blended, set aside. Slice tuna into 1/8-inch thick slices. Place 1 slice of tuna on each Rice Cracker, top with a dollop of Hot Mustard and Tamari mixture. Enjoy.
