Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush muffin cups with 2 Tbsp melted butter.
Beat 3 eggs and 1 Tbsp milk in a medium bowl; stir in ½ cups Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Cut a slit in the corner of 6 slices of white bread from the middle of the slice to the edge and lightly press into muffin cup. Overlap the pieces where you cut the slit so it fits into the cup without tearing. Repeat with remaining bread.
