Connection Tips for User:
1. Please note that our indoor security camera can not both connect with wifi and wire cable together. If you first connect our camera with cable, you should delete our home camera on your app and then reconnected.
2. If it's a 5g and a 2.4g combination router, first disable 5g of WiFi and open 5g after the connection is made successfully.
How to connect the indoor cameras?
- Plug in the pet camera and make sure it is power in, the green indicator blinks;
- Press the “Reset” button about 5 seconds, then please wait about 25 seconds, the wifi camera is resetting;
- When you hear the prompt tone, the red indicator will blink, it is processing to network connecting, and please click “ensure the red indicator is blinking”;
- Put the QR code of the mobile phone screen in front of the home camera, keep a distance of 15-20 cm, and then hear a prompt tone from the wireless camera and click the "Hear prompt tone" button;
- Connect to the 2.4GHz WiFi;
- The security camera baby monitor is connected completely.
