Warm Tips:

After GPS is connected, please select the correct "Time Zone" in the "Record Settings" page, the date/time will be automatically corrected.
The 32GB SD card has been installed and formated in the dash cam, you can connect the dash cam to the cigarette lighter to use easily.
If you need a larger storage, we recommend to use class 10 and above (U3 model) from 64GB-256GB. DON'T use U1 SD card. You need to format the new SD to 'exFAT' on the computer before the first use. If you have any SD card issues, please tell us and we will support you to solve.
The WIFI connection needs to be within a certain distance, and it will be automatically disconnected if it exceeds the range.
Our APP will be constantly updated and improved. If you have any APP or Wi-Fi problems, please let us know and we will support you to solve them.

Equipped with the SONY IMX335 STARVIS sensor, f1.8 aperture, and a 3" IPS touchscreen.
The built-in battery of the cam is for emergence file back up. External power is required if you want it keep working after you turn off the engine.
If you need 24H parking monitoring, we recommend installing with a hard-wired kit, which is not included (ASIN B07Q29JZZY).
The V0 fireproof material makes the camera work well under the high temperature conditions in summer (working temperature: 14°F to 149°F).

Questions & Answers:

How to fix the date/time display error?

After the GPS module and the power cord are connected, you need to find the "Time Zone" option on the "Record Settings" page, and then select the right time zone. The time/date display will be corrected automatically.

Why the speed displayed different from the actual speed?

If it is a subtle difference, it may be that the signal has been interfered, which is normal. If the difference is large, it means that your camera system needs to be upgraded. Please contact our customer support team in time.

Why the suction mount keeps falling off?

Please tear off the plastic film on the suction cup first. After cleaning the glass and fixing the suction cup to the window, press firmly and switch to the right to lock it. Then the suction will be very tight and will not fall off. If the knob is damaged, please reach out to us for replacement.
