Chocolates are fresh and new. I take great care to hand deliver the package to post office to keep it out of the sun. I cannot guarantee that package will be kept out of sun/heat and therefore will not melt in transit. Please keep this in mind as you order as refunds will not be accepted for melted or damaged packages.
