Each tonearm is designed and based on its own geometrical parameters (pivot to spindle distance, effective length, overhang and offset angle). In other words - all tonearms have different geometry and needs a specific (unique) arc with null points on it for an accurate alignment of cartridge/stylus. Therefore, all stock and "universal" protractors are very basic and are able to align a phono cartridge for quick start of your turntable only! This is a professionally custom made protractor which will decrease tracking error and distortion to a minimum and make your turntable play on a completely higher "Hi-Fidelity" level! This custom made alignment protractor is designed and made specially for this turntable tonearm and its geometrical parameters, so will improve the trackability of your phono cartridge much better than stock and universal alignment tools! In general, custom designed protractor may be designed in accordance with manufacturer specifications as well as in accordance with Baerwald (Lofgren A), Stevenson, Lofgren B designs. This custom designed protractors are designed especially for each model of turntable tonearm in accordance with its manufacturer's specifications and allows cartridge to be extremely precisely installed into tonearm's headshell. This custom designed protractor is printed on a thick solid paper, supplied with detailed illustrated documentation and packaged into an original carton box.
