The VM-16RT video mux, also known as a CCTV multiplexer, supports up to 16 channels of analog cameras or video from other analog devices using BNC connectors. BNC to RCA converters may be used for analog video devices that use RCA connectors and RCA cables. For CCTV cameras, BNC video inputs are typically used. The VM-16RT real-time video multiplexer has 16 BNC video inputs and 16 BNC video loop outputs. There are two BNC video outputs which can be used for multiple monitors, or one for a monitor and one for a surveillance VCR. The VM-16RT is capable of controlling pan, tilt, and zoom cameras (PTZ cameras) using the RS-485 terminals. A wireless remote control is included with the VM-16RT multiplexer which can be used to control switching the screen views and to access and control the on-screen display settings. The VM-16RT is built in a 1U rack-mountable case and the rackmount kit is included.
