Prepare your favorite meat (steak, chicken, fish or shrimp) by liberally covering with Andy Roo's Blackened Seasoning. Rub spice into meat thoroughly. On stove on high heat, place you heavy bottomed skillet (iron skillet preferable, and use your vent). When skillet is hot, put in the meat. Watch carefully as meat is seared and turn after about 2 minutes. Cook on second side for about 2 minutes or until cooked to desired level. Also tastes great on vegetables.
